How does it work?
Lumora glasses deliver targeted blue and white light (480/470 nm) that stimulates your circadian rhythm. This helps regulate your biological clock, improving morning alertness and evening sleep.
How long should I wear them?
Use them for 15–30 minutes a day while doing normal activities such as reading, eating breakfast, or working on your laptop.
Can I use them with prescription glasses?
Yes, Lumora is designed to be lightweight and can be comfortably worn over your regular glasses.
